Coached athletes should normally request cancellation through the Client Portal so the agreement-specific cancellation route, notice period, billing and account-access consequences can be calculated before submission. You may still use the form below to send a clear cancellation statement directly to Science In Performance. It follows the model cancellation information in Schedule 3 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not have to provide a reason, and you may instead send any other clear cancellation statement by email.
